ORDERS, PAYMENT AND RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1.   How do I purchase the products?

You can place an order through our website here, Shopee, Lazada or purchase from our retailers

2.   I have ordered from this website. How do I make payment?

We accept payment via online banking, credit card and e-wallets! All you have to do is follow the payment instructions on our website after placing your order! 

3.   I have made payment. What's next?

Our team will process your order within the next working day and you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. If you don't receive an e-mail within 1 working day, kindly drop us an email or contact us via our social media channels and we will follow up on your order immediately.

4.   Can I pay by cash on delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this at the moment.

5.   When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders before 9am from Monday to Friday daily. Orders that are placed after 9am will be ship out the next working day, (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail once your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped via standard courier service.

6.   How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping charges within Peninsula Malaysia are as follows: 
- RM6 for order value under RM70
-FREE for order value above RM70

Shipping to East Malaysia is based on the actual parcel weight and prevailing Teleport rates. 

7.   When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped via standard courier service. Standard delivery time takes 1-3 working days for local orders and 5-7 working days for international orders. 

8.   Can I pick my order up from your office?

We are so sorry! At the moment, we are unable to cater for self pick-up option.

9.  Do you deliver to Singapore?

Yes, we do. You can place your order via our website. Shipping to Singapore is based on the actual parcel weight and prevailing Teleport rates.

10.  I would like to make a return or exchange. What is the process?
