Please note that our returns and exchanges policy lasts 14 days from the date the parcel is received. If 14 days have gone by since you have received the parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the event that we are unable to proceed with an exchange, you will be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed at the end of the month. We require your bank details including your:

- Bank account holder name
- Bank account number
